How to Stack Coupons and Get the Maximum Discount
March 14, 2026
"Stacking" means using more than one discount on the same purchase. Not every store allows it, but when they do, you can save a lot.
Read the fine print. Many codes say "cannot be combined with other offers." If it doesn't say that, try adding a second code or a sale price. The worst that happens is the cart rejects it.
Order of application matters. Some sites apply the best discount first, others the last. Try: sale first, then percentage code, then cashback or rewards. Experiment at checkout.
Store coupons + manufacturer. In physical stores, you can often use a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon on the same item. Online, look for "extra 10% off sale" plus a code.
Cashback on top. After you've used a sale and a code, go through a cashback site or app. You're still paying less at checkout and getting a little back later.
Keep a short list of your favorite stores and their stacking rules. Once you know what works, repeat it every time you buy.
